How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Floridameasure Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Floridameasure Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something goes wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Floridameasure Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@floridameasure.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
